The NSS Units I & II of Cluny Women's College, Kalimpong, organized an Anti-Drug Awareness Programme on 2 August 2026 as part of the nationwide "Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat" campaign.
The programme featured student speeches on the dangers of substance abuse, an anti-drug poster campaign, and the administration of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Pledge, reaffirming participants' commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and society. Students also prepared creative posters carrying anti-drug messages, promoting awareness and inspiring positive action.
Students, NSS volunteers, faculty members, and Principal Dr. Sr. Pushpa Michael also participated in the virtual launch of the 100-week Nationwide Anti-Drug Movement by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who emphasized the importance of a healthy, drug-free youth in achieving a Viksit Bharat.
